Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne has also a passion for training the next generation Biblical counselors. He serves on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces on the internet and has been a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's Unchangeable Truth. Kelleman and Viars).
